One all-in price
Every price on Flow DS already includes the product, international delivery, South African import duty, 15% VAT and local delivery to your door.
No surprise fees
We clear every parcel through customs on your behalf and pay SARS directly. You will never be asked to pay duty, VAT or clearance fees on delivery. If anyone asks you to, contact us before paying.
Tax invoices
A VAT-inclusive invoice is emailed with your order confirmation. Business customers can request a full tax invoice through our contact page.
