Delivery information

Where we deliver

We deliver to street addresses in all nine provinces of South Africa. We can't currently deliver to PO boxes or outside South Africa.

Delivery times

Imported items usually arrive within 7–14 working days of your order. The estimate for your chosen delivery option is shown on the product page before you pay.

Items held in our South African stock are dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually arrive in 1–3 working days.

Times are estimates. Public holidays, severe weather or customs inspections can occasionally add delays; we'll keep you informed.

Delivery cost

Delivery is included in the price you see. There is nothing extra to pay at checkout or at your door.

Tracking

Once your order leaves the warehouse you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Missed deliveries

If the courier can't reach you, they'll attempt contact and redelivery. Parcels returned to us after repeated failed attempts can be resent at the cost of the extra delivery.
