What we collect
Your name, contact details and delivery address; your order history; and basic technical data such as your device and browser. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.
How we use it
To process and deliver your orders, clear them through customs, provide support, prevent fraud and — only if you opt in — send you offers.
Who we share it with
Only the partners needed to fulfil your order: our suppliers, customs brokers, couriers and payment providers. Some of these are outside South Africa, and we only share what they need. We never sell your information.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, at any time via our contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
Cookies
We use essential browser storage to remember your cart. We don't use advertising trackers.
